Answer: Probiotics is one of the great source of good bacteria which helps in digestions of food. The use of probiotics helps to prevent diarrhoea. It also enhances the working of digestive system. People should include Probiotics food in their diet.

To ensure healthy digestion one must eat meals at particular intervals, the meals should be less. Indulgence of more probiotics food will improve the digestion. One must walk for atleast half an hour after having meals. This will increase the process of digestion. Avoid drinking water just after the meal because the water causes bulkiness and delays the food Digestion, water should be consumed after half an hour of the meal. I consider walking after having my meals as it improves digestion.
