Answer #1

First of all the food is taken by the process of ingestion. The food is mastificated by the teeth. Then the mastifiicatef teeth enters in oral cavity. The salviary amylase is released by the salivary glands. It helps in break down the carbohydrate into smaller particles. Then the food is passed through the food pie in the form of bolus.

Then food enters in stomach. The pepsin enzyme digests the protein present in the food into pepsin. After that the food is passed to the small intestine. The small intestine receives bile salts from liver. It helps in emulsification of fat. The small intestine also receives enzymes from the pancreas. These enzymes are lipase, maltase, protease etc. These enzyme helps in break down food into absorbale units. The monomeric form of food is absorbed by the intestinal villi which are found on the wall of intestine. There are thousands of microvilli in the villi. In this way, this smallest particles are abosrbed throughsmall intestine into blood.
