2. They have to decide the short term and long term goals of their campaign. Going through the communications planning process they have to identify who they need to reach and what information they wants to give.

As they want to give information regarding hepatitis B. They have to make a content to make people aware regarding-- increase risk perception ,Reinforce positive behaviors, Influence social norms, Increase availability of support and needed services, Empower individuals to change or improve their health conditions.

They have to assess how can they reach Out To People Using a Consistent Schedule, how can they invite People To their Activities and Events, how to respond To People When They Call Or Ask Questions, how to be get Active On Social Media,radio and local public assess television, how to monitor and comment on National, regional and local trends.

By assessing these all Alice and her team decide what communication campaign is best to use.

3. Materials will be developed by assessing the present health condition of that area.

A demographic questionnaire can be made to assess socio economic condition, sexual pattern, health condition, vaccination history, pregnancy history. Then knowledge questionnaire to assess the knowledge to people, LIKERT scale can be made to know their perception.

A content should also be made to provide knowledge to the people regarding the transmission process, causes of the disease, symptoms, treatment, diagnostic procedures .

They can test the effectiveness of the content by the knowledge questionnaire. They have to take two groups. In one group knowledge questionnaire will give without any teaching. And in the second group they will give teaching through their previously made content and after that knowledge will be checked.

Through this they will be able to know the quality and effectiveness of their content.
