Usually the healty nutrition not mean to follow firm restrictions, remaining impractically thin or denying yourself to the foods that yoy like and it is considering great, possessing more strength, enhancing the wellness and improving our state of mind.

Everybody require a equilibrium of protein, carbohydrate, vitamins, mineral, fiber and fat in our foods to undergo a healthy physique. There is no requirement of avoiding some classes of foods from daily eating, even so fairly choose the health-giving choice from all the classes.

Protein will support in giving the energy to rouse oneself and sustaining also helping mood and intellectual role.Large amount of protein is bad for individuals with kidney problems but lots of experiments shown that there is a requirement of much high-quality protein, mainly when we get aged.

The fats like omega 3s are healthy fats which support greatly in our physical and emotional well being, but every fats are not identical. The poor fats may affect our body very badly.

Nowadays we know that many individuals are affected by osteoporosis and this is because we are not consuming adequate amount of calcium from our diet. This can also leads to the problems like depression, sleeping problems and anxiety. At the time of aging it is very important to add adequate amount of calcium containing foods.

Consumption of foods with adequate amount of fibers like nuts vegetable and grains will help us to remain regular and decrease the danger of heart problems and diabetes.

Poor Nutrition involve less consumption or over consumption of food ,not consuming healthy foods which we require every day or in other words we can say that, having large variety of foods and fluids that are having decreased amount of fibre or large amount of fat.

This kind of harmful routines may trouble our nutrient consumption, involving carbohydrates, fats, minerals, vitamins and important fatty acids .

The bad nutrition are able to damage our everyday wellness and decrease the capability to guide an happy life. The poor nutrition will leads to tension, fatigue and problems in our ability to work. This may also lead to some diseases and other wellness issues like the tooth decay, diabetes, depression, heart problems, eating diseases, enhanced cholesterol and enhanced blood pressure.

Some of the reasons why the healthy and not healthy nutritions are confusing because,

* Firstly, every individuals are not similar.

* The nutrition is very complex.

* Most of the individuals are not feeding theirselves.

* What food we should consume and at which time it should be consumed can also leads to confusions.
