The patient is taking 2 tablets every 4 hours

325*2 =650 mg per dose

The maximum amount of dose the patient can take in 24 hours equals to 650*24/4 = 650*6 = 3900mg and is in the safe limit.

Codeine consumed in 24 hours = 60*6= 360 mg and is in the safe limit

Hence the dose is safe to be administered.
