Who should you trust to give you sound information about nutrition? Why does it seem like there is so much conflicting information out there? How do we know the information is credible? According to me , i would trust a nutritionist to provide sound information about nutrition . There is so much conflicting information out there because many people are posting their views about different products which are some what fake and true . Due to the increasing internet use people are getting to know about a product many views by different postings and links and they start to accept that without practical experience on themselves . Every product is different and it affects every individual differently it may be advantageous for some one while on the other hand it would be harmful to some others .

Many information are available on different nutrition products are in the net ,to find it's credibility is the major task and for that we have find out its origin and evaluate it's reliability and validity and what kind of research was done on that product and what was it's results . A common link for nutrition is nih.gov . It's a credible site for nutrition topics like for example dietary supplements and health . In which they have shown the results which were acquired by clinical trials . The government plays a very important role in nutrition science . It's the nutrition that builds every individual of our country and its lead by the individual . Government is and making initiatives for the provision of safe and healthy food and nutrition to its public so that it will help in the proper growth and development of the individual and hence the country .
