Then in a single dose patient will receive 2 tablets (650mg\div325/tab=2 tablets).

In 12 hrs of the period, patient will receive a total of 3 doses of medication.

Then total tablet patient will receive in 12 hr period( 2 tabs per dose \times 3 times = 6 tabs)

Answer - In 12 hr period the maximum 6 tablets the patient can receive.
