The cost of health care services increases continuously. Still we can receive the health care by saving our money.

Save money on medicines:

Ask the physician to prescribe generic medicine. They have same ingredients as the branded medicines but the cost will be low.

Use the benefits provided:

Inorder to catch health problems early, get routine health check up. You do not have to pay a copay for health screening, vaccines and annual check ups. Get prenatal care for pregnant women. Utilise health advocates to manage complex health problems like asthma or diabetes.

Plan ahead for emergency care:

We can save money and time if we use urgent care centre which is near to us.

Ask for outpatient facilities or clinic where the health care cost will be cheaper than in hospitals.

Choose in-network health care providers:

They require less payment and they have contract with health plans.
