A healthy diet and food nutrition education make changes in human life. Global deaths due to non-communicable diseases like diabetes, CVD, cancers, hypertension, chronic respiratory disease increased among low and middle-income countries. This is because of an unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits like physical inactivity, high consumption of saturated fats and trans-fatty acids, high carbohydrates, snacks and skipping meals, eating outside foods and nutrition-related unhealthy behavior affected the health and well being of the people. The goal of nutrition education changes their behavior that influences people's awareness, attitude, and skills in eating a healthy nutritious diet. A public awareness campaign makes awareness to change behavior for a variety of food choices in the diet. their different approaches through mass media, television programs, newspapers, and radio provide cost-effective consumption of diet and nutrition choices.
