It is necessary to stay fit right from childhood. It is better to set early than to wait for adulthood to get an illness and then start on physical activity. It has to be encouraged among students to initiate this practice in their life for a healthier life disease free.In educational institutions it is done through being as a contributor or participant in the games, sports,as a volunteer for working in community, in simple extra curricular activities.
