1.Trans fats are one which is responsible for production of low density lipid or the bad cholesterol.The recommended intake shoukd be only 1% of the daily required intake of calorie and should not exceed it.

2.The trans fat calorie can be achieved by simply multiplying the calorie intake with 0.01

For example if the calorie intake is 1000 calorie ,then the trans fats will be 10calorie (1000×0.01)

3.Usually 1 gram of fat = 9 cal

So to get the maximum recommended transfer fats in geam per day this total fat calorie has to be divided by9
