1 gram of fat give about 9 calorie and body convert only 10% of total fat comsumed into glucose ..so nearly 50-80 gm fat should be consumed

Protein give about 20% of total body calorie and one gram of protein give 4 cal

Carbohydrates contribute about 50% of total calories intake and one gram of carbohydrates give nearly 4 calorie

Ans-2 yes my daily diet contain recemmended amount of fat and nealy all people diet fit according to guidelines
