1.Title of the article: Prevalence and triggering factors for migraine in Tertiary care hospital: A Prospective observational study

2.In this article the author does not: Classify the sub types of migraine,does not include the disease and medication in the migraine triggering factors.

3. a)Empirical study: The author described in this article Is Migraine prevalence,disease.burden and the need for preventive therapy. Example: Favourable outcome of early treatment of new onset child and adolescent migraine implication for disease medication.This article can reviewed in the Journal of headache pain.

   b)Theoretical study: It is research paper is based on theoretical assumption rather than experimentation.

Empirical theory described in this article is: Favourable outcome of early treatment of new onset child and adolescent migraine implication for disease medication: They review the evidence suggesting that adults with chronic refractory migraine developed in children and adolescents and may not be treated adequately with specific therapy and finally they show that early and optimal treatment of migraine during childhood may result in decrease and prevent progression of disease.

4) Research problem related to this article is that the known thing is multiple factors can trigger migraine in one person by avoiding these triggering factors they can decrease in developing of migraine. Not known thing is they does not described the sub types of migraine and does not include that medication and other disease can trigger migraine.
