My plate messages will differ baced up on the disease and patient condition for example in ketogenic diet fill the plate with low carbohydrates and high fats. Allow to drink plenty of water instead of sugary drinks.

E. Medically orders diets

1. Ditecian

2. The medical assistant has to explain the patient importance of each and every food he has to take and food he has to avoid. The assistant has to make regular follow ups with the patient.

3. Clear liquid diet: the clear liquid diet is generally prescribed to the patients when they are having digestive problems. In clear liquid diet the patient is allowed to take take only liquids, gelatin etc,.

Full liquid diet: in full diet diet the patients are allowed to take liquids, milk, creamy items, and those items will are turned to liquids at room temperature.

Soft diet: generally it preferred in pediatric patients, gediatric patients. In soft diet the blended and soft food is allowed to take by the patient.

Mechanical soft food: the soft and blended food is given to patients by the help of machines. This type of diet is given to the patients who had undergone surgeries

Bland diet: this type of diet is given patients with gastric problems, peptic ulcer etc,. In this diet the patient is allowed to take fruits, vegetables, soft diet, liquids and light meals. And they should avoid fried foods, junk foods, packed foods, stored foods, dairy products etc,.
