Answer: The major health concern that impacts the population is the kidney impairment. The kidney impairment causes various other health issues. This has major impact on the large population. The biostatistics reveals that people belonging to African American community having kidney failure, mostly had diabetes. This group of people are at high risk of developing chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. So, the kidney failure found to be related with the diabetes. This biostatistics data implies that if the diabetes condition could be controlled then there would be less risk of kidney failure or impairment. The increased risk of diseases is due to their culture which occurs due to obesity. Obese people have major risk of developing diseases.
