Adult population of this town = total population - children under 16 = 100 - 10 = 90

Retired people, full time students and full time homemakers are not considered to be in labor force.

Labor force = employed + unemployed

Employed = people with full time jobs + people with part time jobs = 60 + 3 = 63

Unemployed= 100 - (10 +10 + 60 + 3 + 3 + 4) = 10

Labor force = employed + unemployed = 63 + 10 = 73

Labor force participation rate = (labor force/adult population)*100 = (73/90)*100 = 81.1%

Answer: option C
