In light of the rising old unproductive to productive dependency ratio, review the potential impacts to the Medicare system. How might enacting one of these options affect other aspects of health care, for older adults and/or other demographics?

The dependency ratio refers to the group of population who are non income generating or they are dependent to others.These groups are children below 14 years and elderly population above years .It has a greater impact on the healthcare spent making the Medicare system compact and demanding for extra services or packages in it.The services to baby boomers has to be improved. The longetivity has increased and so the people living with chronic diseases. This has led to financial demise over a period of time and which needs to be addressed to prevent its effects on others.
