In the field of medicine each and every person are connected with each other to promote or establish their business, and to create contacts with higher professionals for their organization or work area beneficiaries.In the way of the persons starting with medical practitioners, doctors, nurses, mediator persons all of them share a professional bond to fulfill their goals. Among them the pharmaceutical companies are having direct linkages with doctors, whose pharmaceutical medications has to approve by doctor to i=launch in the market. In order to that the companies offer a luxurious gifts, heavy meal or some kind of presentations to make doctors happy, either the medication is approved or rejected. Other than bribes and and influential gifts doctors can avail the benefits of hospitality of pharmaceutical companies in the form of good hospitality and by seeing the quality of medication, but not in the terms of bribes. Doctors have to think of themselves about their own decision is acceptable and which is not acceptable.

2. Doctors are the persons who play a vital role in saving the life of the patient. but as the advancements in technologies have improving the treatment prescribed by the doctors are now becoming online. 50% of the population are depending on offline care services. In this method of drawback develops due to lack physicians advice seeing and listening to doctor face face. THE FOLLOWING ISSUES WILL BE FACED BY THE DOCTORS WHEN PRESCRIBING MEDICATIONS WITHOUT SEEING IN PERSONS :

* Inadequate treatment to patients
