1. Start simple food like single ingredient foods with no sugar or salt and check if the baby can able to tolerate the food.

2.Zinc and iron are important nutrients in the second half of the year for baby, try iron rich cereal.

3. Start with single grain cereal which is iron rich , take one table spoon of cereals with four table spoons of formula . Do not serve with bottle rather serve with a spoon , once the baby is ok with the meal increase to two spoons gradually after a week and twice daily

4. Choose barley and oatmeal’s along with rice cereal.

5. Slowly start single ingredient pureed vegetable or fruit.
