3. Identify two legislation and ethical practices that relate to working with and interacting with the diverse groups you have mentioned in question 2.

Answer: Due to diversity in the population, it is important to value and respect the differences because every people have their own beliefs and moral values. It provide the feeling of acceptance to the co workers. This is also a kind of advantage as people feel safe, secure and happy. This makes employees to stay longer in the organization. They try to give their best in their perform which directly affects the status of rhe organization. Hence it's brings positive outcomes. It increases the profit as happy environment brings more positive energy. The individual will be benefitted with the company's growth.
