Morning-Bed coffee

Breakfast-chapathi with potato curry (3 nos)

recipie: wheat flour,potato,sabola,mustard,coriander leaf,greenchilly,lemon,oliv oil,water.

preparation:make chapathi without using any oil.And make pottato curry.for the preparation of potato curry use pressure cooker foreasiness of cooking.use lemon juice insted of using salt.

Lunch

1 cup boiled rice with vegetable curry

prepare boiled rice.

for the preparation of vegetable curry use steaming method.This is the easiest way of cooking vegetables.All type of vegetables can be used.for flavour you can add your favourite herbs and squeesed lemon juice insted of adding salt.

for evening teatime you can take low oil content snaks or steamed cakes.

Dinner

1 cup Oats meal

prepare oats as your wish like carrot cake oat meal.

fruits such as 1 banana

Day 2

Breakfast-steamed cake and greenpiece curry.

rice powder,green piece,water,potato,carrot,ginder,curry leaves,coriader leaf,mustard,chilly.

preparation:

make steamed cake by using that special type of vessel,you can use grinded coconut powder to make the cake for pieces.

make curry in a pot add ingredients.use boiling method for this dish. you can use olive oil if you need oil,and lemon juice instead of salt.

Lunch

1 cup boiled rice with yogurt,peach juice half cup

Dinner

Half cup green beans with toasted almonds and 2 cup veg salad,friuts orange or apple

drink plenty of water daily.
