SMARTER goals

S - Specific (Your goals should be specific, you should know what you want to achieve?)

M - Measurable (Your goal should be measurable, Set timeline to measure your goal)

A - Achievable (Your goal should be realistic that it should be achievable)

R - Relevant (There should be a reason behind your goal)

T - Timely (Set a deadline and try to complete your goal before the deadline)

E - Evaluate (To make sure your work is in the right way and going on in a timely manner, you have to evaluate your work in a frequent manner)

R - Readjust (If there are continuous problem going on your work and you are not going forward towards your goal then go back one step to readjust your goal and to start again)
