I think that the most alarming ways that the government may have worsened the crisis in the food culture is the focus on one individual nutrient. There were many discussed within the documentary, but the big one that stood out to me was the focus on reducing fat and the stigma that all fats are bad. This created a new way for the food industry to market with 'fat free' products, while increasing the sugar, carbs, ect. Not only were consumers not aware of this, but they thought they were eating healthy. Therefore they ate more of that product and significantly increased their intake of sugar among other things.

what is your opinion please

one of the recommendations I want to adapt in my own life is cooking my own food. I always use the same excuse that i do not have time to cook my own food because of work so I rather buy fast food. However I would like to start cooking my own food because its healthier. Another thing would be eating in smaller portions. I usually only eat twice a day in big amounts, so I would like eating more times a day however in smaller amounts.

cultural habits may affect nutrients requirement of the person & human habits are dynmic and changing day by day under the influence of advertisment , social media , culture etc . food industeries are in the rat race , they want to more money in short span for that , they always try to read mind of thier consumer and represent thing in alwasy positive way.

For any developed and developing counteries governmnt always focus on nutrient of thier public. food industeries see what is demand among people launch product according to it for example for fast moving life packed powder milk , packed food(curries, sweets dishes)  with long expiry date , these all product lost thier nutritional value after some spain of time and food industeries doesnt reveal this things and they always told consumer that this product have low fat or zero fat or full fibre or fortified with specific nutrition. and there is always preexisting thinking about essential nutrition like fat it makes people obese yes it is true but not all fat are bad for our body .we should also keep this in our mind that about 20-35% of total calories derived from fat , it keep our body moisturized naturally , insulate our body , formation of essention product in body, act as lubricationg agent between a joints.

now food industeries increasing carbs in the product labeled thier product as zero fat, and play with the mind of consumer but in the other way they are making them fool because in the end the glucose will directly converted into triglycerides ( fatty acid) and excessive consumption will keep the people under risk of many diseases ( hypertenstion, diabeties , artherosclerosis and many more) . so i feel the any packed food that promises will build your muscle, or decrease/Increase your apetite , make you slim will surely have impact on you but that impact will only last for some months afterward it may detoristed your conditions and i am bit againt of these promising packed food. thats totly my opinion

see i dont know about your lifestyle, food habits etc , but i should recommended home cooked food or if you dont have time you should purchase some healthier and fresh food ( fruits, vegetable or as per your location ) , and its very important we should manage our lifestyle because we are the one who set goal for others keep this in your mind ; analys your lifestyle and plan accordingly. The more our diet related to nature, the more we are healthier . Take a 3 times meal, if you dont have time plan it a day before. what will you eat  and buy it in the evening , eat your breakfast like a king because it gives you energy for whole day , add one fruit , dryfruit in your diet and keep some healthy dry snacks or fruit or box of salad with your favourite dresing in your bag when you go out or for the evening small hunger (like 5-7pm ). and dinner should be lighlter if you directly go to bed or dont study late time as i dont about your lifestyle , I hope i have resolved your queries.
