As combined arterial- venous grafts are being used here (one vein grft and two arterial grafts), two codes should be assigned.

1.Combined arterial- venous graft code-33517 (CABG with venous and arterial grafts, one vein graft )

2. Arterial graft code- 33534 (CABG with artery only, 2 grafts)
