Answer #1

The parents of 14 year old are responsible for the treatment choice and consent for the child but this is a state where the child deserves the right to know the truth of what is going on her body. This can be a greater concern and issue when the child grows in regards to the sexuality or gender and may have to face severe emotional and physiological disturbances. The ethical principles which are conflicts are principles of truthfulness(to hide the condition from the child ) ,confidentiality (to assure the parents to keep the condition in privacy or confidential from their daughter),inability to keep promises in case if the child requests for the I formation in future ,the child can sue the healthcare provider for concealing the truth.
