Increase rate: 2MCG/min for 3-5min for chest pain.

50mg:250ml

5mg:25ml

5000MCG:25ml

5MCG:0.025ml

30MCG:0.15ml

Initial dose: 0.15ml/minute that is 3drops/min

1drop=0.5ml

3drops=0.15ml.

0.5drops: 0.025ml

Increase dose: 5MCG: 0.025ml= 0.5drops/min so increase 0.5drops for 3-5minutes.
