Infections in hospitals and residence of Nursing Home or more and they are called as hospital acquired infection or nasocomial infection. Who are not following the hospital and nursing homes protocols and breaking the rules and not doing proper work then the patients will effect with the other infections patient will admit with one disease and patient with dishes with 10 diseases these are most effect of patient deaths in hospitals and after discharge in olden days but nowadays there are so many rules and protocols are there to follow to avoid Hospital acquired infection. There are some most common infections like respiratory infections urinary tract infection skin infections influenza gastritis soft tissue infections when the patients with ventilator in a hospital or a nursing homes the skilled nurse should attend the patient and follow aseptic techniques and follow protocols to avoid infections.

13 steps to avoid Hospital acquired infections the first foremost thing the important thing is hand washing there are hand washing techniques like surgical hand washing and medical hand washing in hospital or nursing homes when attending patients we should wash hands thoroughly there are 5 steps when to hand wash before touching patient after touching patient after after using washrooms and before procedure and after procedure.

Provide infection control education to the every new joining of nurses and practice with them thoroughly provide isolation appropriate personal protective equipment PPT.

Create an infection control policy and protocols to avoid Hospital acquired infections and teach every nurse in a hospital.

Use gloves for procedures. Disinfect and keep surface clean prevent patients from walking in a contaminated area.

And provide a special nurses for isolated patients and maintain the infected patients who all are to be separate should maintain isolation room and separate isolation nurse should be there.

Inventions in IC used and ventilator patients the best practices are there to follow it and hygiene environmental hygiene training and isolating of the patients antibiotic giving care coordination following the evidence giving vaccinations to the infected patients who all are to be give why doctor orders.
