Answer #1

ORDERED DOSE = 100mg/m2

BSA = 1.80 m2

FORMULA = Patient's BSA (m2) x Drug Dose (mg) \div 1.73 m2

1.80 x 100 \div 1.73 = 104 mg/m2

The concentration of the medicine = 100mg/5ml ( meaning 1ml = 20mg). The nurse is ordered to give the patient BID ( 2 times a day). So, the patient is getting approximately 10ml of injection everyday.
