The steps taken to develop a plan are:

* understand the hospital objective

* inventory of the present human resource

* forecasting supply and demand of human resource

* estimating man Power gaps

* formulating human resource action plan

*implementing, monitoring, control and feedback.

The factors which has to be considered in the development of this plan are :

* the type and strategy of the organization

* organization growth cycles and planning

* environmental uncertainties to be identified and proper preventive measures to be taken up

* use of technology

*level of growth

We must consult the HR specialist as he is the person with his team help in recruiting screening interviewing and placing the employees along with the other team of specialists.
