Answer #1

,201Our body does need carbohydrates, which are broken down into sugar in the body. This sugar is essential for our body to create energy to survive. However, it is not necessary to include sugary foods or added sugars in the diet in order for our body to make energy. A diet with adequate complex carbohydrates (from foods such as whole grains and legumes), as well as foods containing natural sugar (such as fruit and milk), will fulfill this role.

Cells in our body use sugar from starches, fruits, and sugars what we eat for fuel or store it for future use.

Carbohydrates and sugar break down into glucose, its a form of blood sugar. While some organs can also use protein and fat for energy, red blood cells and the brain exclusively use glucose for energy so a certain amount of carbohydrate intake is necessary for normal brain and bodily function.

But in case or fact that sugar in excess amount increases the risk of obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. The foods that quickly affect blood sugar contribute to a greater risk of obesity, heart disease, and diabetes.

Carbohydrates can give quick energy to our bod, but in excess can and cause a rise in blood sugar levels.

Diabetics had to pay attention to the carbohydrates they eat to help manage their blood sugar. Some carbohydrates, those found in whole grains and leafy vegetables.have a much slower impact on blood sugar than carbohydrates in fruits or candy. It's easy to consume a lot of carbohydrates, as foods like bread, pasta, cake, cookies, and potatoes are loaded with them. Nutrition experts suggest that we should only get 45 to 65 percent of your daily nutrition from carbohydrates.

*Eating a high-sugar diet can lead to disease, otherwise healthy, according to a new study. Researchers found unhealthy levels of fat in the blood and livers of men who ate a high-sugar diet, which may increase the risk of heart disease, they report.

A high-sugar diet impacts both physical and mental health. The roller coaster of high blood sugar followed by a crash may accentuate the symptoms of mood disorders. Research has tied heavy sugar consumption to an increased risk of depression and worse outcomes in individuals with schizophrenia.

But still, it's a fact that  Fructose - the sugar found in many artificial, processed foods - is not much useful to our body. But natural sugars - those found in honey, maple syrup and fruit, can help boost our brain health. Even so, it's best to eat whole fruit than juice.
