Sugar is a form of soluble carbohydrate. It provides energy to the body to function normally in form of glucose. Glycolysis is a process in the body that converts the necessary glucose into the needed particles .The end products of it is water and carbondioxide.Any alterations in this will cause disease.The sugar is available as fructose, galactose,sucrose,Maltose,lactose.Though sugar is a natural ingredient, when it is processed to get white sugar,it acts as a dangerous material to the body.

The white sugar are 100% sucrose with all molasses removed which will be harmful to health upon consumption .
