I would like you to reflect upon the reasons WHY the sugar is there to begin with, explain your thoughts/feelings about this. Do you foresee any changes in the future? Explain. Basically everything has a limit even if it is a food , behaviour , medicine etc and when the limit is crossed it's harmful for us and others. Same way having sugar or forms of sugar in our food should have a limit . If its intake is more than the normal required amount then it's affects our body in a harmful way and cause diseases mainly Diabetis mellitus . Sugar is one of the main cause of developing Diabetis mellitus and it's other complications like retinopathy , neuropathy , nephropathy , gangrene , etc .So, it's better to take sugar in a limited amount .
