Answer: The two biggest barriers for people to make exercise a priority are:
Due to busy schedule people are not able to get proper time to include physical activities or exercise in their daily routine. They didn't give much preference to the exercise. Lack of awareness is also one of the biggest barriers as most of the people are unaware of the benefits of being active and concerned about the exercise.
These barriers can be removed as people need to focus and should do time management. They should manage their time accordingly so that they can get involved in the exercise for atleast 35 minutes per day. This will help in a long run as daily small steps can dd miracle for every one and keeps mind and body fit and healthy.
Lack of awareness can be reduced by implementing awareness programs for them as well as people themselves should search on the internet and meet their healthcare professionals to know about the benefits of exercise and why it is necessary.
