Answer #1

Answer :

The biggest barriers that individuals encounter when trying to implement behaviour change strategy are,

1. Fear of unknown or unfamiliar

2. Broken communication.

Behavior change strategy means it is transformation or modification of individual behavior according to the situation, and changing negative behavior to positive behavior related to public health and health behaviour.

The barriers are,

1. Due to fear of unknown, the persons may not listen the word's whatever we are saying, and with out familiar they can not show interest to wards what ever we are trying to implement the behavior change strategy.

2. And another one is broken communication, the communication must be clear and continuation, to implement behaviour change strategy, if there is any gaps in between the communication, there will not be good results.

So these two are the barriers of behavior change strategy implementation.
