Job is important for our livelihood. We need to earn to live our life. But it does not mean that we should do a job that is uncomfortable for us or a job which we don't like . We should do a job which is more comfortable , attractive and according to our field of study and interests .

After meeting the client ,I realised that he is unable to do a full time job . He has difficulty to write and read, has anxiety and stress . The ultimate problem or the issue in view of the clients signature and symptoms is the fear to work under some one . He gets anxious and stressed to work under a boss . To clarify more ,I will encourage him to express his feelings and concerns and ask about any past history .

Job is important and I can't allow him to be jobless because we need money to live and to complete our needs . Deficiency of money also itself creates a huge problem and develops stress . Firstly , I will provide him counseling session and reference for further details counseling on how to cope with stress and fear . Secondly , will suggest him do work from home until he gets comfortable to work outdoors, because it will sort his both issues of fear and livelihood.
