PERIODIZED TRAINING PROGRAMME:

Periodized training aims to promote improvements while preventing the onset of over training syndrome which is characterized by physical and mental symptoms .

here we are designing periodized training programme for 55 yrs female , working in corporate office , physically in active , with high stress levels ,high blood pressure.

her bmi =29, hr =90 bpm, body fat =35% it shows that she is overweight women .

we are design periodized training programme to maintain healthy weight ,decrease blood pressure , decrease stress levels in trarget 12 weeks period.

fitness tests are conducted to know the fitness assessment general health evaluation

body composition testing , cardio vascular endurance testing. are conducted for effective fitness goals

we rae planning cardio vascular exercise to lowering blood pressure and stress levels

planning swimming jogging cycling for 30-40 min 3 days / week
