- Results in primary infection in fetus in which the CD 4 cell count us above 1500 then asymptomatic stage of HIV in which CD4cells count is between 500 and 1500. Then the next stage symptomatic occur in which CD4 cells count between 200- 499 and then the last stage AIDS occur in which CD4 cells become less than 200.
