If the nurses and the nurse manager themselves need so much space for themselves to handle the situation of role strain and role stress. The nurse have to manage all the situation as well as provide better care to the patient at the same time. Nurses have to understand about their need of healthy mental condition. They need to understand the demand of the understanding the situation.
