Answer: As a nurse it is our duty to provide better treatment facilities and safe environment to the patients. When it comes to the maintaining the safety for the patient, it is better to be a professional rather than personal. Professional ethics includes all the protocol, rules and regulations along with the moral values according to the healthcare organization. Engaging patient in the Communications and try to make patient comfortable so that he may not feel uneasiness. While interacting with the patient it is necessary to gain his confidence as this will provide him to feel more comfortable and can easily demonstrate his problem. Moral support is necessary for the patient as they not only suffers physically but also they are stressed mentally.

For the maintenance of the procedure and protocol of the clinic or the healthcare organization one has to be professional in his work. Maintaining rules and regulations is one of the major concern. Professional ethics should be involved in the healthcare organization to provide better outcomes. Because the rules and regulations that have been formed are according to the clinic and patient welfare. So, it is better not to violate the rules. Treating patients professionally and working in the certain limits leads to the better outcomes.

In the work place it is better to be a professional rather than personal. Interactions with the manager or the supervisor should be professional. The professionalism effects the performance as being personal at work place lead to the unhealthy environment. So, being professional results into good performance, proper relation and healthy outcomes.
