Option B is correct as the the Registered nursing licensing is under the control of states, it varies from state to state and it should be as per the Nurse Practice Act legislation.It is not consistent from state to state.

Further as per the rules A registered nurse is a nurse having a nursing diploma or degree, and have hassed passed the NCLEX-RN exam conducted by the NCSBN. Further He/she had fulfilled all the licensing requirements established by the state board of nursing.
