ANSWERS :

1.a. ANTI MICROBIAL RESISTANCE(AMR) : Anti microbial resistance is defined as the capability of microbe to resist medication effects that could treat the microbe. Anti microbial resistance (AMR) is applicable only to bacteria, this is a subset to the antibiotic resistance.

b. Anti microbials are important to prevent infections and treat disease conditions, and without anti microbials it is very difficult to control and prevent various infections and becomes a higher risk to treat them which results in death of a person. Many new resistance mechanisms are arising and they are spreading globally to the entire world to treat the infectious organisms, and preventing of diseases and death. While using of the anti microbials the patients has to stay in the hospitals for a longer time and that resistance increases the cost of health care management. The anti microbial resistance are planning goals in order to gain benefits by reducing the risk of infection and in preventing the risk of infections in health care.

c. Antibiotic resistance is present in every country as a part of the medical treatment. The global legislation aims action to prevent and treat infectious diseases by using of safe and effective antibiotic therapy. In the year of 2015 each November global campaign with the theme Antibiotics handle with care held by raising the activities of the program regarding antibiotics resistance. Global antibiotic research development partnership (GARDP) promotes research and development by public and private partnerships, to develop new treatments by improving present antibiotics and focus on the entry of new antibiotic drugs.

2. a. I am researching on Pseudomonas which is a classification of microbe Bacteria.

b. The scientific name of Pseudomonas is Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

The classification of Pseudomonas are of two groups on the basis of r RNA or DNA harmonology

The methods used to identify Pseudomonas are - Nutrient agar over night culture test, Acylamidase test, are used to get reliable results in identifying of Psedomonas.

The natural growth of environment for Pseudomanas is seen in moist environment in the natural presence of soil and water.
