Answer #1

Answer: The elder patient requires much care and attention specially when they are suffering from any kind of disease. The safe ambultion is necessary in older adults to prevent falls, injury etc. But mobility is necessary for everyone. The older adult should not stand or sit with force because it may cause jerk to the bones and joints. They should walk slowly as to prevent injury.

The mobility promotes healthy lifestyle as normal walking in the morning can be beneficial for the people suffering from diseases, obesity etc. When we walk, our body gets enough of oxygen and reduces the bad cholesterol. All the tissues gets enough of oxygen and hence improve our digestive system along with the sleeping cycle.
