1. I would choose a retired official from medical background to serve on this task force for this endeavour because they have the experience of different healthcare issues and how to manage those issue without any complications . They are very well aware of the rules and regulations belonging to medical fields

2. Any person or institution directly or indirectly affected by the operation of the healthcare industry is considered a stakeholder. Stakeholders in the healthcare industry include customers/patients, employees/healthcare providers, creditors, shareholders and the government.

3. Inputs from the stakeholders can be obtained by the following ways :-

- stakeholders register

- project management plan

- enterprise environmental factors

- organisational process assets

4. The various barriers which has to be overcome in our state are :-

- poverty

- literacy

- culture beliefs

- less healthcare institutions

- high cost of healthcare services

- poor accessibility
