1.Tufts medical center nurses decided to go on strike on July 12th due to low wages and the hospital executives put the nurses out with no contract settlement. After the nurses went on strike the hospital executives brought 320 nurses as replacement to work in the hospital on the day of strike Monday. The nurses are expecting to increase their wages, get retirement benefits, pensions after retirement. But the executives has not agreed for those demands of nurses.  

2. Tufts medical center justifies a final agreement for nurses that includes increase of the salary for 2%, increase of nurses ratio, no particular contract in the nurses ratio, pension plans.
