Answer #1

1 Two things which are necessary to inspire a shared vision are envision the future by imagining the exciting and wide range of opportunities and enlisting others in a common vision by appealing to shared aspirations.

2 Challenge is the spark of greatness and thats the best part of my student organization.it searches for opportunities by seizing the initiative and by looking outward for innovative ways to improve, experimenting and taking risks and by constantly generating small wins and learning through experience.

3.This can be done with the help of student leaders by helping the new members to mobilize to get extraordinary things done for the organization. They show them how to transform values into actions, visions into realities, obstacles into innnovations, separateness into solidarity and risks into rewards. One of the best ways to prove that something is important by doing it yourself and setting an example
