please i need quick help this question is due so sooon i dont know the answers plese send me typing answer becouse i dont understand hand wrtting thnks

1)An important element in managing controversy with civility is understanding how you feel about and approach controversy. Think about two different occurrences in which you have experienced disagreement with another individual or group, one that you feel was resolved positively and the other that was resolved less favorably. (Note: Less favorably does not indicate chat you "lost" in a disagreement.) How might these experiences have benefited from an approach of controversy with civility?

Controversy is prolonged public disagreement and civility means courtesy in behaviour or speech . While we deal with controversy ,we should approach it in a positive way means if it's anything wrong about us then also we should not be worried about it because we know ourselves the best than any other person and there is no need to answer these controversy which are made for making fun .

Two experiences where I have experienced disagreement with another individual or groups are :-

- One of my colleague spread rumour that I come late every day and does not do any work ,always chatting in the phone . It was like take it from one ear and throw it from another ear because I knew what I am and how I work . I don't need to show anyone that I am working . My sir is happy with the work I do and also the work is completed at time so there is nothing to be worried to react to these controversies and it was resolved positively.

- The other issue , which was totally disturbing for me and affected my work . I am the cashier of my team , once I lost the cash and I was blamed that it was taken by me and I am acting . I was totally in disagreement to this because I keep official money and personal differently and also under safe and key . It was an experience in which I was totally in disagreement with the others even though I sorted the issue by giving the money from my side .
