Answer: It is necessary to maintain a healthy weight and if the person is obese, he requires to reduce his weight for healthy living. The reduction in weight can't obtained only by healthy eating but also exercise.

It is necessary to make changes in the diet, because at present most of the people are unaware of the balanced diet and dependent upon junk foods as well as poor lifestyle. This lead to increase in weight and cholesterol level.

Obesity leads to many other diseases such as cardiovascular disease, Hypertension etc. The current trend in food is that people should eat low fat products, some of the diets such as keto diet etc. can be adopted to decrease the weight.

Although sometimes most of the foods we don't like to eat but for healthy living it is necessary to have healthy diet along with the exercise.
