i.e In 2 hrs, 85+85= 170 ml transfused

So amount of infusion remaining to on -coming staff will be

250-170= 80ml.

7) Àvailable ondansetron hydrochloride= 2mg/ml

Prescribed dose= 4mg

So 2mg= 1ml

Then, 4mg= x

Let x be the amount in ml to be administrated

x= 4/2= 2ml

To dilute the solution: 60% of 250

= 60/100 × 250

= 150ml
