Definition of Nursing :

Nursing is the promotion ,protection ,and optimization of health and abilities of the human body with the motive of preventing an injury or illness,importantly ,nursing also entails healing as well as the lessening  of suffering through the diagnosing as well as the treatment of human response ,it is worth noting that advocacy for care and prevention of diseases among individuals,families,or groups of people within a particular geographical area is an aspect of nursing ,as a nurse ,one is entitled to administering personalized interventions,which involve the directing and supervision of care offered by other healthcare professionals ,

Importantly ,nurses are required to conduct research about an individual medical problem to enhance the making of informed choices,with the consent of the patient ,nursing is a delicate career,which requires one to portray proper communication skills,which in turn promote their chances of interpreting client information correctly ,thus,enhancing the process of treatment and healing ,due to the shortage of nurses in various healthcare institutions across the world ,nursing students are given a go-ahead to practice nursing while at school,as a career ,nursing entails commitment and the free will to help regardless of the amount of money earned ,as a nurse ,one is entitled to a secured and rapidly changing job,where positivity and free will to help are of paramount importance,

Assumptions or Underlying belief about nurses :

Nursing as a career involves numerous assumptions also referred to as underlying belief,which enhance nursing practice,firstly in nursing,it is assumed that the perception of people and personhood directly affects who their nursing clients will likely be ,it is worth acknowledging that the nursing environment,as well as practices encouraged by nursing personnel ,determines the type of clients reporting to an individual health facility,

Importantly due to the uniqueness portrayed by persons,it is worth acknowledging that behaviors ,thoughts,as well as feelings,determine the nursing practices performed ,secondly it is assumed that in nursing the environment is any context ,which influences or is influenced by the client,such influence may be by the realms of culture,politics,economy,society,psychology,as well as religion,

Assumptions or Underlying belief about Patient :

Patient centricity is not just about the parts that make the whole,about the glue that links each part together,it is the foundational philosophy and practice for how to adapt to the changes taking place and create the desired future of health,patient-centered care,diagnosing the whole person,designing better hospitals,and creating new patient support

Programs are all required to make this change a reality-but each element is incomplete on its own,patient centricity should be seen as an ongoing design thinking exercise,that seeks to brings forth a system with more human values,Acknowledging the complexity of people ,the fragility of our humanness ,and the ways in which health and illness can transcend daily life is one of the most powerful and meaningful tasks of patient centricity and it is a task that involves everyone,

Patient centricity is not just about the "end user," it is about every step in the medical journey ,the people and spaces involved in delivering care,and the inescapable fact that,at some point,every person could be a patient,

Understanding underlying belief is vital to public discourse in healthcare ,trade associations base their advocacy efforts on a through understanding of their members beliefs,and other groups representing physicians build on a strong underlying belief among their members that the profession is threatened by outside influences and ill-conceived public policies ruinous to its future,surveys of hospital leaders by their trade groups,reflect widespread belief among hospital,reimbursement cuts and regulatory compliance are compromising care,
