Answer: Pathophysiology is a condition or process which is related to the disease. It mainly focuses on symptoms of disease, diseased condition. It helps the heathcare professionals to know about the depth of the diseases and accordingly they treat the disease.

It is necessary to bring a positive change in the lifestyle. Most of the diseases are the result of obesity. Indulging physical activities in our daily life can prevent or reduces the risk of developing diseases such as the cardiovascular diseases, hypertension etc. Healthy eating and adopting healthy lifestyle reduces the risk.
